Amenities like our Fitness Centre, Social Lounge, and Outdoor Courtyard are available for tenants to use daily or reserve for a private event. And when you want to socialize with your neighbours you can join in on one of the "fun-oriented" resident events, or take part in one of the fitness classes offered throughout the week.

Fitness Centre

Residents at Edison have access to an air-conditioned Fitness Centre equipped with a variety of equipment like treadmills and bikes that allow you to work out on your own or take part in planned group fitness classes that come included in your rent.

Social Lounge

Social Lounges conveniently located in each building come with unique seating options, a kitchenette, a comfortable lounge area with a TV and fireplace, and washroom access on on the main floor. Residents have the option to utilize this space for private events and can take part in building activities that occur regularly such as sport watch parties, craft nights, and more.

Parking & EV Charging

Edison offers a limited number of Electric Vehicle Charging stations in the secure underground parkade for it's residents. There is surface and underground parking stalls available with convenient visitor parking throughout the development.

Pet-Friendly

Your furry companions are welcome at Edison in the Park. Our pet-friendly apartments are close to an array of walking trails and off-leash parks in Sherwood Park, ensuring you won’t run out of new and exciting places to take them. And residents and their furry companions have access to a fully-equipped Pet Wash, keeping them fresh and clean all year round.

SMART Parcel Delivery

You never have to worry about being home for a package delivery at Edison in the Park with our secure SMART Parcel Delivery box located in the lobby.

Building Security

A dedicated on-site resident manager is available to deal with emergency situations and ensure a safe community for all residents. Video surveillance and keyless entry allows for residents at Edison to feel safe and secure in their home.
