Living at Edison 50 means you can enjoy a variety of building amenities and features that take your life beyond walls.

We foster a sense of community and take a new approach to our pet-friendly apartment living through our building amenities. Amenities like the Fitness Centre, Social Lounge, Games Room, and Outdoor Patio are available for tenants to use daily or reserve for a private event. When you want to socialize with your neighbours you can join in on one of the "fun-oriented" resident events, including sports watch parties, BBQ's, craft nights, and much more!

A central amenity space and resident programs seamlessly connect tenants through a vibrant array of events, activities, and services tailored to resident preferences.

An Outdoor Patio is available to all tenants to use, and features a gas fireplace, covered gazebo, comfortable lounge seating, turf area for lawn games, and garden boxes.

The Social Lounge allows for tenants to entertain and host gatherings with a variety of  unique seating options available, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge area with a TV and fireplace.

The two-storey Fitness Centre is air conditioned and equipped with a variety of equipment such as bikes and treadmills, as well as a Yoga mezzanine.

The state-of-the-art Games Room features a multi-player arcade game, poker table, foosball table, and TVs with lounge seating—perfect for connecting your own gaming console.

A dedicated Pet Wash, conveniently located on the main floor, includes a gated sink area and a grooming table.

All residents can feel safe and secure in their home with underground parking, keyless entry, building video surveillance, and SMART parcel delivery boxes.
