Ken Ferchoff has had success in providing the Edmonton and area market with affordable housing, without compromising quality; taking Carrington Communities to the forefront of the apartment condominium industry in Alberta.

With expansions into single family housing - Bedrock Homes, Senior Citizens housing - Lifestyle Options and recreational real estate -  Carrington Resorts, Ken has assembled a diversified group of companies all successful in their own right, but together form a powerful force in the housing industry.

Carrington Communities is the multi family developer of the group and specializes in the development, construction, and marketing of apartment style condominiums in Central and Northern Alberta.

The Carrington Group is self-contained with in-house accounting, legal, and marketing departments. The Interior Design Studio offers our customers a professional interior decorating service with full displays of available interior options and appliances.
