Service Technician – Full-time, Permanent

Carrington Communities, a leader in new condo construction, is hiring a Service Tech for our Warranty Dept.

Primary Duties:
- Meet with new homeowners to assess requests for maintenance and form a plan of action to facilitate any necessary repairs to homes.
- Coordinate and oversee all work by sub-contractors. Ensure that all repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be organized and punctual
- Clean driving abstract
