Carrington Communities, a leader in the new condo construction industry, is looking for a Project Sales Manager to work full-time in our sales centre. The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for building relationships with prospective home buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process and closing sales. Previous sales experience related to the housing industry is preferred, but not required. Applicants must be available to work from 3:00 – 8:00pm from Mon. – Thurs. and 12:00 – 5:00pm Sat. Sun. The right candidate will have the drive and determination to help us ensure we are the #1 choice for prospective homebuyers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with prospective homebuyers helping to find them the housing options that best suit their needs
- Responsible for maintaining the sales centre ie. ensuring all marketing materials are up to date and stocked

REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:
- Supervising residential construction of single-family homes in a fast-paced environment
- Able to organize and schedule sub-contractors and suppliers
- Ensuring the quality of each home meets the Bedrock Homes Limited standards
- Controlling the overall safety of all designated sites
- Turning over each home on schedule and within budget
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years site superintendent experience
- Knowledge of the Alberta Standard Building Codes
- PHBIA courses an asset
Assistant Site Superintendents – 2 openings
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a presentable site appearance and organizing area signage
- Ensuring the possession finals are complete and of acceptable quality
- Daily lock down
- Site safety monitoring
- Manage general labourers/temporary assistants
Qualifications:
- 1-2 + years professional experience in the residential home building industry
- Framing background or carpentry skills
- Familiarity with construction site operations including Occupational Health and Safety compliance
- Must have access to/own a truck & hand tools-skill saw, drill and screw gun (battery powered preferred)
- Finishing skills an asset
